Trying to program a URC MX-900 for a new TV that the client purchased. I have tried all of the discretes in the Database and none of them work. I'm looking for On, Off and Input discretes. Anyone out there have them?

Tivo Roamio with Sony str-dn1040
I have a Tivo Roamio and a sony str-dn1040 receiver. None of the codes work with the receiver. I also have my components in a closet so I cant switch to the glo learning remote. Any help would be appreciated.

ATT Motorolla VIP 2250
Trying to find hex for the new ATT DVR boxes. I tried learning it in with my GC ir learner, but get unusable code. I have tried every VIP series code in the current Elan database for g!. I have not tried the Universal Remote database codes yet to see if they work or can be learned in as I didnt have a remote on site. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Samsung TV Code Research Results...
I thought I would share some of the research I just completed on Samsung TV IR codes in the hope that someone may be able to fill in any gaps I have.
I tested NECx2 protocol Device 7.7 codes (All 255) on a Samsung PN60F5500 Plasma. I tested most of the non-obvious codes in tuner mode, on regular inputs and in apps both with and without content playing. I assumed that if a particular code generated no response from the TV (not even at "not available" message), it was not worth investigating further.
I found a number of codes I did not previously have plus a number of codes that the TV... [More Content]

wd tv live hex codes for urc
Hi, don't know if anyone can help. I was using an old pronto where the short codes i had worked fine, but that has failed and i'm now using an mx-780i.
My problem is the urc doesn't take the shortcode, i've tried looking at makehex, but can't get my head around it.
The urc database has some of the codes but not all of them, so i'm just trying to fill in the gaps!

Yamaha RX-A1030 ID1 to OBC Conversion
My remote is the MX-500. I am using the RCA RCRP05B remote to generate IR signals which I then enter into the MX-500 using its LEARN function.
I use Setup Code 0375, NEC4DEV Combo and Devices 122, 126, 127.
Everything works fine with 2-byte discrete codes except when the ID1 codes use an extra byte as in SCENE 5, ID1: 7A-90EF. It appears that EF is some sort of an extension byte.
How do I convert this ID1 code into an OBC?

Acurus ACT-3 Preamp Processor
I am Trying to control an Acurus ACT 3 Preamp using a Pro Control. I have tried learning the codes using the original controller and also some codes that i have found, however due to the codes looking like this - 5000 0073 0001 0000 001A 002F. the Pro Control doesnt want to read them. is it due to the 5000 at the beginning and not 0000? im not too sure, but if anyone could help with either why the pro control wont read the codes or learn them in and also if anyone has any codes for the Acurus that would be greatly appreciated.

Im using at home People of Lava nmotion swing for about 4 years now. It works pefrectly and have no problems with it. I have remote control for moving swing from wall to 90degrees. Now i buy new Samsung galaxy s4 which have IR features. I downloaded IR universal remote apk and want to get to work with my wall mount.
So i need a hex code in this apk to get mount moving. Beacouse im new at these stuff could i get some help there?

How to build hex codes for Infocus INF7021
Hey all, I've never built a hex code before. I need it to use with an AMX system. AMX has an IR Edit program that will allow IR files to be generated from hex code.
When I asked Infocus for the discreet hex codes, I was directed to their website to download. However, the "download" is not an actual IR file. It was a PDF with the following information:
Power ON: 2A
HDMI 1: 81
HDMI 2: 82
PC: 83
VGA: 98
Power OFF: 25
Obviously, just the number "2A" is useless to me in just that form. How do I create a hex code from this?

Denon AVR-590 EFC Code (Sat/Cbl input for Comcast 1067 1.3
Having a real problem finding an EFC code for the Denon AVR-590 discrete input of SAT/CBL for a Comcast 1067 (silver w/Red OK button). I'm using the set up code 1360 on the remote.
The set up code only controlled volume features, and I did find the Power Toggle EFC to control on/off, but all the files I can find (JP1 look up), the codes do not work. They only change the "surround mode" to "video game".
I have tried the files for AVR-591, AVR-1611, AVR-1910 thinking they would be the same, but these do not work either.

I've been posting a lot of Sharp LCD codes that I have been using on various programming jobs, along with a host of other codes for people trying to control a particular model.
I checked these codes against almost 15 separate Sharp TV's of various series lines. I took the existing codes I had, dumped them into a pronto and shot them at TV's at my own showroom and two local large electronics companies. The following is what I can personally confirm works.

Is it possible to create a Samsung SmartHub discrete codes for apps like Pandora?
Currently working on two small systems with RTI T3V remotes and Samsung UN55F8000BFXZA LED TVs. Owners love being able to go directly to NetFlix and Amazon with a single button and would like to do the same with Pandora and TuneIn radio. Below are the captured hex codes for NetFlix and Amazon. Sharp Blu-ray Discrete Power (Confirmed)
I know these aren't quite the current model, but if you run into them in the field, they do not respond to the play command to turn on. They also only have digital and hdmi outs, so you could only really use a power sensor for it. The codes aren't in the standard database.
